Logo Concepts

After discussing Erica's business goals and hopes for her business I had Erica created a Pinterest board with images that represent the look and feeling she wanted for her brand. From there I created a mood board for her brand.

Logo Concept Chosen

Erica liked elements of various logo options so I combined those elements to create the logo she fell in love with!

Color Scheme Creation

After nailing down the logo concept, it was time to create Erica's brand colors and brand elements. I drew the inspiration for her color scheme and elements from the Pinterest board that she created in the first phase of our design. She was presented with these 3 options:

Alternate Logo Creation

Erica fell in love with the first color scheme. Once we had the logo concept and color scheme nailed down I created some alternate logos for Erica's brand. These are perfect for scenarios where she wants a simplified look.

Marketing Collateral

Now that we had the logo and the color scheme nailed down, it was time for me to create all of Erica's marketing pieces. Erica chose to have me design a business card, a pricing guide, a rack card and Instagram story covers to create a cohesive, professional brand experience for her clients.

What Erica Said After the Project Was Complete:

Before I hired Kim, I felt scattered and unsure of the choices I was making in my designs. I chose to work with Kim because she had a photography background and a process for brand clarity. I now have a more cohesive look to my brand elements and because of the process she guided me through I can feel secure the colors and designs are the right ones for my business. I am excited because I can use the brand elements in so many different ways.

My favorite part of working with Kim was seeing the drafts she had prepared. I was impressed every single time!
