Can you believe Thanksgiving is in 2 days? I can’t! We are almost done with our gratitude journal and I am looking forward to the years from now when I look back on our journals and are reminded of the things we were thankful for.
Today I am thankful for my health. I am very blessed to be a healthy person and to have healthy children. I know I take my health for granted and don’t always appreciate that I am able to do so much with my body! I am working hard at loving my body more and more each day both in the foods I eat and the exercises I perform. Sometimes, we forget how important it is to fuel our bodies with the right foods and the right exercise. I know I allow my crazy schedule to sometimes dictate how well I eat vs putting my body first and pre-planning meals in order to avoid fast food and processed foods.
